Not your average Starbucks! We found it to be quite dirty and the service was far from slick. Maybe under staffed, but certainly poorly managed.  Seems to be turning into a dingey cafe.
Busy only due to lack of competition in eastgate shopping centre.

Super busy at this time of the year, but basically getting trown coffees at customers and poor quality of it.. Disappointing..

Full of liberals. Staff are constantly shouting and laughing with each other. One actually ran through customers to give another staff member a hug! Take forever to get your drink due to this weird behaviour. Very unprofessional Staff, who act like children I complained and the got offended, says it all really. Coffee is good when it finally arrives.
