Great place. Very chilled out right in the heart of Inverness. Baristas are always very welcoming and helpful.

The staff could not understand simple English, I feel this is a very important issue when serving customers. Had to repeat several times what I wanted. I was not asked which baby chino I wanted, was not presented to the quality I have experienced in other costa outlets.

I agree with jade.. they could not understand simple english, and also whenever i came in so far.. they NEVER had Hot Spiced Apple... never.. ever, not to mention that the staff is not the nicest .. terrible

I live in Kent but always come here when I'm in Inverness. The staff are really nice.
