I must admit I hadn't used Star Cars for many years, because I was able to buy my own car. I needed to go to Guy's from Dockhead twice over the past two weeks and I found the service extremely reliable; they arrived when they said they would, and the drivers were most polite.
Just didn't show up once. Joke of a company
As soon as I said that my wife was giving birth the receptionist just replied "congratulations sir, car is on your way" and the driver arrived in less than 10 minutes, drove safely, avoiding traffic using unknown back streets. Had an excellent experience
Very reliable - have used a few times and they are consistently on time, and this morning they beat the Google maps time by a significant margin with clever back routes to get us to a funeral in plenty of time. Great with wheelchairs. Highly recommend!
Always feel safe with Star cars. They send a text of car and dri details. Never had a dodgy journey and really courteous.
