Professional call handler. Dealt with request immediately and with minimal fuss. A courteous and helpful driver helped load the luggage. Last but not least, a safe pair of hands behind the wheel. Slightly expensive but you can see why. Very pleased with all aspects of the service.
Booked a min cab in advance from Novotel Canary Wharf E14 to Gatwick Airport. Driver arrived in a very modern and clean vehicle, on time and in a very professional attire head to toe. 10/10 100% recommend. Will be using these guys for my return journey. Fantastic customer service! Well done

Brilliant even at 4AM, always used this service never had any problem with drivers or office staff :
Drivers are ok but call centre is incompetent. They failed to inform the driver correctly of my destination and I was late for a meeting as a result. Use Carrot Cars instead!
