Failed to turn up, nearly causing me to miss my flight. I won't be using them again. Poor excuses, the driver stuck in traffic, then couldn't contact the driver.. Very poor service..
Excellent service from Silverline Cars today. I was collecting some shelves and wanted to make sure that the car would have enough space for them. The person who took my call double-checked all relevant details at the time of booking and told me the price in advance. Kadir, the driver couldn’t have been more helpful, even carrying the shelves for me. Thank you very much.
I wouldn't recommend to be honest. Taxi was late, didn't actually dispatch my taxi until after the time I'd ordered it for. & after I'd called asking where my taxi is whilst standing outside waiting, no basic customer response by an apology and then driver asked do I know how to get there as he didn't. Well, what more can I say. Driver did get there fine though and he was alright.
Wanted to get a disassembled flat pack desk ten minutes up the road and was finding it hard to find a taxi company willing to help. Silverline were more than willing to help, did it for a reasonable price and the driver was very helpful and forgiving of the somewhat awkward load! Very impressed!
the worst ever! DODGY BOOKING made massive error and booked my cab for 14.30 rather than 4.30am I have requested and PAID IN ADVANCE FOR. After I call at 430am asking where my cab is, they realized error and send another an hour later! 'exclusive' car driver demanded I pay additional £15 to my £55 fare. I had a plane to catch at 7am and was too late already so was left with no choice but to pay. FO Silverline, thanks for nothing. I have reported you at local authority for dodgy dealings.
Great service, car arrived right on time, got us to Heathrow quickly and safely. We asked for child carseat and they were happy to provide. Cheaper than some of the other ones we called
Cab was +30mins late at an airport pick up and did not appologise. The driver only had cash to pay for the carkpark which was only taking card, had to explain to him how press the button to call car park assistance to be able to get out took 15minutes to be able to leave the car park. The driver then stopped on the side of the motorway to and walk around his car probably checking something... didnt explain anything. I called the office asking for an explanation and discount, they said they will call the driver to find out more about the situation and did not apologies, I asked them to call me back... they never did. At the end I argued directly with the driver who was denying the fact he was late blaming the mini cab office. He gave me £5 back on the £65 fee. I never leave bad reviews, I understand problems and delays can happen, the absence of excuse and explanations is not acceptable. Mini cab are supposed to make your life easier and not more complicated. Will never use again.
I have been using silverline Debo cars for as long as i can remember. I originally chose them because they have been around for so long, around 40 years i believe. Staff and manager are always very happy to help and the drivers have always been very professional and punctual.
The best executive cars and the latest Mercedes benz v class vehicles they provide me since have been using Silverline Cars. Very polite and professional drivers they have I always will recommend my friends and family to use Silverline Cars. Excellent job keep up like this.
Used Silverline Cars to take me to Gatwick Airport from Stoke Newington. Driver was professional, courteous and got me to my destination safely. Excellent service and fairly priced.
