Horrible service. Do not use them!! Delayed 15mins from the appointment Rejected to pay by credit card tough they said I can use it. It is against the TfL regulation. This trip took me 25 more minutes than it should be. Driver’s behavior is also horrible, drive dangerously with phones and not good at speaking English. The driver may not have the collect license for it.Service: Limousines
If there was an option for zero stars I would give 0, I booked a car 4 days in advance for a airport pickup. They didn't even turn up saying I didn't call again for confirmation. Why would you need to call twice for confirmation, makes no sense I even messaged the company a day before for a reminder but they saw the message and didn't even respond. Which I didn't realize till the day. My passenger was stranded in the airport with 3 luggages. Terrible service with no communication! Use a different company.
We used this service on January and was 10 pound cheaper. Driver was punctual, but was driving to fast, probably he had other races booked. Overall good service
Excellent service. The driver was outside our apartment waiting for us ten minutes before the scheduled time. Very comfortable car. We got to the Stansted Airport in half an hour more or less. When we come back to London, we will be glad to choose this company again.
Do not use this cab services. Driver tried to scam us and run away with our luggage! We used this service to the airport once, before very bad experience. We booked cab few hours ahead in office and were given fixed price, same as before. When we arrived to office on agreed time, there was chaos and "argument" between drivers and people working in office, they didn't speak English, so we didn't know what was argument about. But we had to wait for driver about 10 mins after agreed time. When we finally boarded a cab, driver briefly asked if we are going to the airport, we said yes. But later we noticed, his GPS navigation was set up for Stansted, but we booked a cab to Luton airport! When we told about this to driver, he tried to change it in his gps, but he did6know how! We had to show him how to do it and what buttons to press on his own gps in his own car! Bare in mind, I have never set up any gps navigation before. If that wasn't enough, driver couldn't spell luton! So he was unable to type it there. When we finally solved this issue and driver realized where he is taking us, he said it's too far away, so we will have to pay him 30pounds more! What a joke. We told him that we already were given price for this trip by office and have done this trip in past for same price. He tried to call to office , spoke on phone very aggressively, but not in English. When he hung up, he said again he is not talking us to airport unless we pay extra, so we rung to office and they confirmed price agreed on previously and told us not to worry, that they told driver to take us to luton. Driver stopped in the middle of the road and said, to get off the car, if we are not going to pay more, which we did. A d he drove away with our luggage in car booth!!!!!! After few meters he stopped and when he realized we calling to office, he said he will take us there for agreed price by office. Unbelievable! Before someone will try to ask me for a booking reference, we weren't given one, we booked cab in per6in office.
I wish I could give them a 0 star but I carn't. They never take you to your destination if they dont know the roads. Absolute scammers they take double the price to take you to a destination. Best taxi driver around is uber who charged me 12pound and they charged double I am so glad to get introduced to uber!
DO NOT STRICTLY BOOK A CAB WITH THEM. They cancelled a cab just 15 mins before and had no extra drivers to drive us to airport. We could have easily missed our international flight had the other mini cab service not helped us with a car. Not trust worthy and UNRELIABLE..!
Very competitive with prices not charge me extra same price charge what was quoted. Driver was very friendly with good road knowledge. car was very clean. all most half price if I compare with Black Cab or Addisson Lee. I recomend them. thanks
Booked a taxi from Canary Wharf Cars via Kabee. Unfortunately, the wrong telephone number was stated on my Kabee account my mistake. Nontheless, I waited outside the house at exactly the time that the cab was supposed to be there. I double checked two different clocks to make sure the time was correct. I looked around me outside and no one was waiting for me. There were also plenty of parking spots available so he/she couldn't have parked anywhere else. As the waiting time to reach Kabee was too long, I had to phone Canary Wharf Cars. Directly after asking where the taxi was, the person over the phone told me: "The driver was waiting there and you were not there". After telling him that I was waiting there at exactly the same time that I booked the cap he told me: "No sir, you were not there, your phone was off and we are very busy during the mornings". Basically, I was accused of lying. While it was my own fault that the phone number was incorrect, it doesn't excuse the fact that the car didn't stayed until the time that he/she was supposed to be there and obviously left earlier. Due to this, I had to cancel an appointment as I didn't have enough time booking another cab.
