Rude and hung up on me while i was trying to order a taxi, never had this problem before getting taxi. Getting told I’m wrong and hung up on isn’t what o expected from this business.
Shocking service. Told him I was late in Newcastle in a late Metro, took his fare and a decent tip. Not bothered. Probably took another fare. Wife also lost her fare so we are £55 light and had to find alternative transport. Not using you again after we were regular users. Cost us £41 extra for one night. Your loss of business. Disgusting service. Using Jackson's instead - great company.
Absolutely disgraceful! I would advise you find another taxi firm. Booked a taxi a 9:55pm and asked for half an hour...walked out of venue at 10:26pm & it was leaving with other people! We were stranded with our 4 year old after a wedding reception. They really don't care. Please don't use this service as they are totally unreliable. AVOID!!!
Booked a taxi for half 5 outside the Duke. Came out of the Duke just before half 5 but no taxi. Waited 15 minutes then rang the office would have been easier to walk to the office and was told the taxi waited then left Then the lady hung up on us which is not good customer service. Angry at that we walked over to the office to ask what had happened and basically told I'm a liar as the female taxi driver had waited but we weren't there. This is rubbish. The dispatcher let us have the next taxi then slagged us off over the radio when we were in our taxi for not being on time. All I can think of is our original taxi turned up early and as they were busy the dispatcher sent it somewhere else. Good drivers controlled by a very over worked stressed and rude dispatcher.
Terrible service. Had to wait 50 mins at airport for pre booked and paid for pick up. Rang twice to enquire what was happening and abruptly told that driver had left and was probably stuck in traffic. Not true - driver was apologetic when he got to airport and when I asked what time he had left Consett it was only 25 minutes previously. Said there had been a mix up with the booking and not in for the correct day. Why couldn't the woman in the office have said this and just apologised. Could have sat inside and had a coffee whilst I waited rather than stand for 50mins at the taxi rank. Have deleted contact number from my phone - will not use again.
I have never had a problem with this taxi ferm allways been on time and helping if taxi times needed to be changed with no problems, I would personally recommend paul he goes above and beyond to help you out and never let's you down allways on time and he is a lovely man to chat to, as a know of some taxi ferms that the taxi drivers don't speak to you for the whole journey. Good job
