First visit to Stanley Park. Really fantastic location for a nice walk. Plenty to see including lakes. Very traditional park that historically goes back a long time. Definitely worth a visit with Anfield and Goodison Park stadiums close by.

Great Victorian park with great facilities for kids. Great views of both stadiums. Regular fun days held during the summer. Also houses the Gladstone glass house. Named after the famous 4 times British prime ministers daughter Isla.

Beautiful wooded park between Goodison Park and Anfield. Well maintained and looked after. Great for walking the dog and jogging. Large car park.

A large park with a lake for ducks, geese and other birds. At one time it was a boating lake but sadly the boats have gone. In the area of the lake there are winding path with bushes and trees. The other end of the park has a large open grassed area suitable for ball games. There is a play area for children.

Traditional town/city park. I guess established in Victorian times. Ideal place for families with wide paths, large open grass areas and decorative flower beds.
