This could be a beautiful park if it weren't for the local clientele shall we say. There is so much potential, nooks and crannies to be explored, lots of wide open spaces and a huge pond with ducks and swans. The best part of the park and the only part that has remained untainted (due to it being locked at night) is the walled garden, with a little community tuck shop inside where you can buy tea and coffee, it is a truly relaxing little space and if you can navigate the local area is well worth a visit.

I went for a specific event which the park was suited for. Seems a good place for kids to play and to walk the dog.

Lovely open space. Playground, football pitches, 2 ponds with duck to feed and a walled garden with toys for kids, toilets and food.

Great place to take yourself, your family &/or, your dog. This park is a reasonable size & has a fishing lake with an island plus, plenty of ducks, geese,swans, coots & moorhens to feed. A cafe & supporting gardens are available for your patronage - as is the fitness trail for those dedicated people who are on a mission 😉

Nice park with exercise machines dotted about. And also a walled garden. ' subject to certain opening times'. You can also watch Cricket in the summer months with a club house to quench that thirst on the warmer days . Or you can relax around the fishing lake. The park is modelled on the new York central park.
