A very warm friendly atmosphere, staff very helpful. The Lunch was very very good and would definitely go there again, and would very highly recommend it
Food was great once it came, but boy did it take a long time to come! If your not in a rush then it's well worth a visit.
First time visiting and we will definitely be coming again! Having a nut allergy makes it really hard and often causes stress when it comes to eating out. On being seated, I made the lovely waitress aware of my allergies, immediately she checked in the kitchen and came back to me with the allergy advice. Nothing was problem! 100% reccomend
I had a wonderful time here, the other day, staff was nice and helpful, and the food was amazing hot and fresh, defo got my monies worth, kids friendly aswell, before coming back again,
Really good pirate themed play area, great outdoor seating and good real ale
Wonderful place! Food was cooked well, staff were kind and accommodating. I recommend the Stamford burger, nice thick juicy burger with a tasty pretzel bun. The pizzas were really good too. The chef made them next to the bar which was great for the kids to watch theirs being made. Happened on this by chance but will visit again!
Very busy so waiting time for food was quite long. Soup was exellent and very filling. Roast beef Sunday lunch very average. Beef chewy in parts, roast potatoes needed longer, gravy very runny. My pint of Tiger was great not too cold like a lot of pubs.
I spent a Sunday afternoon there, we both had a Sunday roast which was very nice. Even though we enjoyed the food, we thought it was quite expensive £29 for 2 roasts, we we're still hungry, shame about not having any mash potatoes. Food was still very nice though
Can't fault the food or staff. Rang and booked as wanted a 'pod'. Fabulous food, I had the tapas which is three little dishes of your choice but all the food looked lovely. Staff were great, attentive and with personalities hottest day of the year and we were in a greenhouse! At least they did provide us with some shade. Highly recommended what ever the weather
Great food, lovely atmosphere, staff really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended
