Thus is the worst hotel I ever stay in, the bed must be 50 years old, can feel every spring in my back, room no TV cold , kept up people singing the woke at 6am to the sound of the fire alarm, rushed downstairs, only to find its a false alarm. I now have someone speaking so loudly on their phone that they really do not need the phone, I'm sure the person can hear them anyway. If you have a choice do not stay here under any circumstances
Truly disappointing hotel, really unclean and unpleasant. The carpet was heavily soiled and dirty, there was really strong smells of tobacco smoke throughout the hotel. Our room had stains on the walls and hairs in the bed. The curtains were filthy and smelly, really gross experience. The bathroom had other guests products left in there. Could hear everything that was going on in other rooms, smell people smoking cannabis. Just stay anywhere else!
Never visit a hotel like that, I booked for 5 nights deluxe en-suite, fake advertising, fake pictures, in the room only got tv can’t watch, heating is not working, toilet wooden door was broken a big hole. No apologies, all nothing, manager Guru promised fully refund to me but finally is nothing. That’s absolutely disgusting!!! If I can I never gave a star
One pillow between 2 of us, 1 tea cup sugar but no tea bags. Literally everything is sticky, table top, bed side cabinet, floor and even the flipping bog roll. Exposed live wire in the bathroom.. Absolute disgusting place no lies
My experience there was so off putting. Lady worker there with glasses was so rude . And she was so terribly rude to 2 lady's workers that was late the other lady was just trying to explain why she was late and the worker was reduced to tears I felt so bad for them .I don't think I will be back very poor .Rooms: 1/5
The last visit was nice and pleasant and cleaner . This time looks like it's gone down hill again in the last few months I won't be returning. Its a s**t hole .Rooms: 1/5
Do not stay this hotel were do I begin booked a double room was two different size single beds was told push them together , tv ad no remote said it was stolen night before which I very much doubt , cold water no mirrors, when asked for different room was told to checkout ,no hot water worst hotel ever seen in my lifeRooms: 1/5
It stank of fish, smelly room horrible place good location though. The microwave was so disgusting worst place I've ever stayed, never felt so uncomfortable in a room. The owner has no intention of running this hotel he's just making money off disappointed customers. You might as well live in a better place for £5 more.Rooms: 1/5
Absolutely appalling! From start to finish our trip to this accommodation was absolutely awful. Terrible customer service. Upon arrival we proceeded to walk to desk and was looked at quite disgustingly, almost like we weren’t welcome or expected to be there and we’d done something wrong. So we both felt really uncomfortable. Any how we were checking in and any questions to the man was almost like he couldn’t be bothered to help us and that we were a burden to him. No name tag either, so wouldn’t of known is he was management. Just appalling. Never have I ever checked in somewhere and felt like this and I audit for a living but this trip was personal. The room was ok and what you expected for the price just the bedding felt clammy. My review is more to say the customer service needs to be touched upon and as an establishment you’d want guests to return. We definitely won’t be back!!
This was the filthiest hotel I have ever used and, I spend most of the year in hotels . I booked and paid online only, to be told when I arrived that there was no booking in my name. At 8.30 in the evening on the 2nd day after I had changed rooms there was a knock on the door. One of the staff told me he wanted paying !!! I was very polite army style and told him where to go
