Really poor. Used to go there all the time but won't be going back anytime soon The quality of food seems to have gone downhill. The child's pizza was just a chicago town deep pan frozen pizza I had the halloumi fajitas and the wraps were cold. The skillet with the halloumi and veg on looked like the picture. There was the smallest amount of cheese on the plate. Not at all tasty. Just poor all round
Seasoned chips.. must have been autumn as the seasoning was nonexistent.. the only thing they had for vegetarians was salad, was only told that after having paid for vegetarian lasagna. Place full of coke heads and I don't mean people who have a love for Coca-Cola. Definitely won't be going back in a hurry.
Very nice pint in the blackbird, excellent food, great bar staff and if you go by car there's a touch screen on the left of the bar as you walk in, just put your car reg in and your covered for parking....
Food was hot and well presented. We chose a Farley quiet time of day. Not many in. Although it did fill up towards three. I would say the only let down was the car park. Very gravelly and not easy to exit
We had a small breakfast. It was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.
First time here and we all had a breakfast. I had the sizzling vegetarian breakfast, the sausages were really tasty for a change. I'm usually disappointed, but not here. Portions were generous, so i couldn't eat out of the sizzler and needed an additional plate. Mushrooms could do with garlic, but that's just personal preference. Food took a while but everything was freshly made and you could tell. Service was great. I think The Blackbird will become a regular weekend breakfast spot. Thanks! Vegetarian options: Great vege sausages in the breakfast. Kid-friendliness: Kids liked climbing all over the booths. A small play area would be a bonus!
Came for my MIL birthday meal. Lovely place. Staff nice. Food amazing. Kids eat for £1 with every paying adult was a real money saver. ThanksFood: 5/5
Food was great I do go to a lot of restaurants in my Job. Service is good but a bit slow in bringing the food out nit sure if it's being ordered on the App slows it down not ordered over the Bar. Atmosphere is what it is at the time I went but not a problem. Defo go again and Recommend Family and Friends to go Parking: Just have to register u car at the Bar
We’ve been a few times, always a happy visit , the Christmas menu was amazing! Always great staff, very good prices and generous portions, today we had the chicken platter which was delicious and the surf and turf with scampi which was fantastic! Looking forward to coming back, thanks for having us x Vegetarian options: Good options for vegan or veggies Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming of children and families, good menu options for them and lovely staff Parking: Plenty of parking Dietary restrictions: Very well labelled menu
Came in for breakfast around 9.35 placed order on app Informed no milk for tea no eggs for breakfast Waited until 10.10 until we could have a cup of tea !!! Wife breakfast arrived no mushrooms Told we gave u more hash browns surely we should be asked if that was OK we were not even advised about mushrooms we had to complain Seems very poor customer service and lack of any care Won't be having breakfast here again No offer of recompence either
