Leave your car and take the stress out of travelling through the crowded lakes roads using the frequent services.
Looking at most of the reviews here they seem to be from a few years ago. Our experience over the last two days has been very different. It appears that most of the drivers are not happy in their job as using politeness has disappeared, no hello’s or good bye’s and when asked by my wife if it was the right bus she was met with a strained answer, so much so that a little old lady was the person to help her. If you are not happy in your job then give it up so someone else who is happy can do it justice. Shame for the area you are letting yourselves down.
A really nice bus service in the lake district drivers are helpfull
