If I could give no stars I would … how do you get in touch with this company to complain … the link bus 204 to Deeside from Chester is only 4 buses a day and every bloody morning something happens my son has started a new job and relies on this bus to get him to work on time, in the last 3 weeks it’s been late, not turned up or gone the wrong was … Jesus it’s not hard …. Get it sorted
Excellent customer service from Becky lady bus driver On number 9 from Hoole to Chester I also needed to catch Saughall bus which was due to leave the bus station . becky quickly & safely got attention of driver of number Saughall 15A informed him a passenger on their way round . Thanks to Becky & Dave fir excellent customer service

This comment is regarding the payment method on their busses. I was waiting at Chester bus interchange for 15 minutes and when my bus arrived I was told I couldn't pay without an app and that I would need to "step off the bus, download the Stagecoach app and then you'll be allowed to travel on the bus" Because of this I was late for a hospital appointment, absolutely appalling service! There really needs to be signs placed or just simply take card payments!!
Awful experience. £4 return for 6 mins travel. 1 hr between buses on a Saturday and can't use your return ticket with another bus company. Will NEVER use again!
Got to know a few of the drivers, all really funny and good to speak to, very professional and have a good fleet of buses too
Excellent service from Stagecoach, they have got me to work every day throughout the pandemic. I recently left my phone on the bus and it was returned to me the next day.
I'm currently waiting for a 53 to turn up, the 11 minutes past has not appeared and the 26 minutes past has yet to appear
Everyone at the depot are very nice and polite .
