Its structure appears good. However, I faced the below 3 problems which are generic so giving this kind of rating for it. 1. The bus stop is open both the sides i.e. towards road and where bus comes to pick. No facility for a person to face cold wind if he has to spend some time on this bus station. 2. The toilets are open for limited hours of 8.30-5.30. But there are buses at early morning and night. This less duration of toilet opening times is troublesome for the passengers. 3. I used this stop before 8am and now at 9pm. Both the times, I could not find a single helper or person to ask that if my bus as per the ticket is not shown on the screen even just 10min prior to its scheduled departure, then how to be sure it will come. It's quite unsafe also, if somebody has to wait late night and there is no staff member for query, help or any concern.
Excellent bus condition wide bus stand nice staff.
Despite the efforts of the staff the place is covered with chewing gum. The toilets are shut on Sundays which as they are unmanned doesnt make sense. Watch who you get in the information kiosk some fantastic and some down right rude attendants.
Nice terminus some seating open to the elements mainly wind no rain. Buses were not on time, ours was 10 minutes late.
I was amazed when the bus I boarded in Ryle North Wales. A bit disappointed I had to pay £4.20 as OAP British tax payer were the ' part journey ' through North Wales to Chester England. I always thought we had paid, and continue to pay U.K. taxes. ,For over.60 years now I assume that the Welsh travelers know how to beat the system. Liverpool used to be Welsh Shopping every Wednesday. Lewis were I once worked was packed out wack Wednesday as thousands of Welsh shoppers poured off the train at Central Station !!!!!!!!This was then a truly United Kingdom!! I am sure the older residents of Nothr Wales remember the good old dales before that got Self Government.
Recently built modern bus station in Chester. You can travel across Cheshire, Wirral, into North Wales and to Liverpool. You can also travel across the UK on the National Express buses. Local buses fares are cheap and all buses I travelled on were on time. There are toilet facilities at the bus station.
First time there and not to far from station and catch buses to part's of Wales and around Chester very clean but a little bit open so on a cold day brrr,
Architecturally attractive and has all the facilities a good transport interchange should have. Nearer to Railway station but still handy for city centre. You are not subject to diesel exhaust while you wait.
I drive my bus into it people get on and off the bus what can i say we run a good service.. except when it's running late let's be honest no one likes a late bus
Cold, toilets close too early and sometimes attracts antisocial behaviour. Much better than the old bus depot though.
