If you're in East sussex I highly recommend this facility. Free weights, machines, aerobics, crossfit, etc. High quality gym with the right ingredients 1. Positive and energetic atmosphere 2. Solid line of exercise equipment 3. Not overcrowded 4. Quality and informative staff

Friendly staff and good variety with the functional room, however the range of equipment, machines and free weights I'd limited. Sufficient to train. But not with lots of variety.

Lovely little gym. got a variety going on hear. You got all cable work out and free weights. There is a small cardio work out area. You have BJJ ( brizilian jui jujitsu)which is a class I attend and the class is grate the instructor there is very polite and clear with his teaching. Poll dancing for the lady's. The staff are very polite and helpful It's also very good for those on low budget as membership are fairly priced. If your into your fitness check this little gym you won't be disappointed.

Great gym. Friendly, clean, good equipment. Only thing missing are dedicated changing rooms.

Friendly owners. A cosy gym at a great price with none of the attitude or push to subscribe. Has become a popular go to gym in the area.
