I brought my son in to be seen as an emergency over the Christmas period, he was seen promptly and the nurse practitioner was very helpful and professional. Great service, thank you.

Sat for 4 hours at the walk in clinic, literally the last person to be seen as according to the receptionist I only needed to see a nurse... may I add I was accompanied to my appointment by my daughter who is a very competent qualified nurse ... When I eventually got seen ... funny!!! a nurse wasn’t what I needed so she had to call a doctor to see me !!!! They wouldn’t take swabs to find out exactly what treatment I needed as they are not my regular GP surgery so took a guess at what treatment to prescribe!! Whilst on our way out the rude receptionist was saying the patients were Pigs at the surgery !!! DISGUSTING Just to top it off ...my medication is not the correct one for my illness !!!!

Friendly and helpful doctor. Felt very welcoming. Receptionist/ office manager was very professional despite the practice getting very busy about 6pm this evening. Nice to see everyone spoken to in a calm and unhurried manner. A positive experience.

Staff is not educated with NHS policy, poor staff. APPOINTMENT are cancelled by the surgery on a regular basis due to shortage of staff.

Completely unsatisfactory processes and procedures that fail to evaluate a potential health event at the counter. We arrived 15mins late for the walk in service to be told in no uncertain terms there was nothing to be done. My husband may well have been experiencing early heart arttack symptoms, he was never asked, (thankfully it wasn't the case) however his age it was entirely possible, this is unacceptable service from health professionals, that need to reassess their front desk protocol.
