I was with lakeside gp surgery for a year and they were really amazing. not difficult to get an appointment, quick to get back to you, lovely and caring staff all round from reception team to clinicians.

Never really have an issue getting an appointment, I used the online service this morning and was contacted by phone 5 minutes after and offered a same day appointment which I thought was brilliant for a Monday morning!

Sally, has been very, helpful wrt addressing my NHS account to GP, and advising on waiting time for Hospital appointment.

This surgery has improved so much in recent months, thank you! Cheerful, welcoming reception staff and the whole Nursing, Physio and Doctor team are calm, professional and reassuring. Brilliant! Would score a 5 if it wasn't for Anima - it feels like a huge, irritating hurdle. Seems to ask 50 questions where one would do and its stressful. Would be great if you could simply call, leave a message, briefly explaining symptoms, and then get a call back from the Surgery later in the day with an appointment or whatever was appropriate - several other surgeries operate this system and it has great patient feedback.

Called reception today. What a bad attitude from a female person on the other end. I can't understand why she works there. If she is not happy with her employment, I'm sure someone unemployed would love it.nIf you are representing  the NHS It's sad you go to work unhappy & with a terrible attitude.nPlease try to refrain from talking to patients on a phone.nMaybe see a doctor yourself about your appalling shocking attitude.nYour a disgrace to our nhs.nYou know who you are.
