The food is fine as you would expect from KFC but the staff in here is an absolute joke! I’ve had food missing from 100% of my orders! I’m really not exaggerating, 10 out of 10 times when I ordered it was incomplete! The only reason these people still work there and nothing is being changed is because it’s a KFC and customers will come back again and again. Closed before closing time. Veggie food served with Chicken. Drive throughout intercom not answered until I got out the car and when up to the glass. Staff not interested in job. One member of staff running round like a headless chicken - other staff not doing much. Recommend go elsewhere. Vegetarian options: They think chicken is a veggie meal
I love KFC and this is a reliable spot - carpark is a bit tight - you can be blocked in if not careful by the drive through - but restaurant is newish and a pleasant place to eat dirty chicken. Kid-friendliness: All are welcome here! Very unpretentious
Ran out of pineapple sticks in the kids lunch box for over 2 weeks! Left my boys disappointed twice in 2 weeks, as their friday treat was not complete. Generally a good store thoughFood: 4/5
Clean and tidy for once in a KFC. Staff polite and friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. Probably the best KFC I've been to.Food: 5/5
Such a lovely experience. Never had a faster KFC. Jude Michael and Nick made my wrap in like 2 minutes and served 9 friends in the exact same amount of time. Can't believe it.
Was served politely enough but what's so hard with getting 2 fillet burger meals with extra corn correct...? Once at home I opened the bag to find one fries and the corn missing, the fries we did have had 11 in the bag...I will be complaining to the Store Manager as I simply didn't get wht I paid for! Vegetarian options: Limited choice. Parking: Forget trying to park here, luckily B&Q has a massive car park nearby.
I can't even remeber the meal becuase we stopped mid journey for just over an hour in the car park and have received a parking fine!!! Apparently max 1 hour parking which I agree may enough for most but I obviously did not notcie any signage and didnt expect a restriction like that WHEN YOU ARE A CUSTOMER! Appalling con.
Not overly keen on our visit service slow chewy chicken and restaurant unclean. Poor car park. Although better than burger King across the road I won't rush back to either.
Visited early afternoon on a weekday but service was still slow although store was empty... food was ok but the chicken thighs/drums sizes are ridiculous extremely small compared to other similar takaways, parking outside if needed.Food: 2/5
