We recently moved to the area and my elderly father in law was very apprehensive about moving to a new area and having to change doctors surgery. We have never known a surgery like Great Staughton!!! Everyone is amazing! So helpful, friendly and go above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble. We are so impressed and Jack is so relieved to have finally found a fabulous doctors surgery!
Having been with my last surgery for 57 years I was very apprehensive about moving. But I wish I had moved earlier. They are a credit to NHS. Everyone that I have dealt with have been so very helpful. Thank You.
We’re new patients to the surgery and it’s a breath of fresh air. The staff are wonderful- friendly, professional, helpful, informative and it seems nothing is too much. We’ve been able to get same day or next day appts with ease, and as a new mummy with complex medical needs, this is a relief and a great comfort. It’s also reassuring to know that my doctors have a secure understanding of my diseases- I feel I am in good hands. Everyone is warm and welcoming and the practice is clean, well organised and comfortable. I couldn’t be more impressed and I’m so pleased we chose Great Staughton. If any of the staff read this- Thank you for your kindness and the time you’ve spent with us so far.
My mum and I have used this practice for 25+ and 35+ years. We always manage to get through on the phone to make an appointment, never have to wait long and have managed to get appointments on the same day or next 2/3 days if more urgent. Staff are always super friendly and efficient.
I’m new to the area and recently registered with the Practice, I cannot praise them enough, super efficient and friendly, what has taken me the best part of 2 years to sort my problem out with my previous surgery, Great Staughton Surgery have sorted in a day and booked in to Hospital in 2 weeks.
So glad I made the jump from my old surgery to Great Staughton Surgery. All of the staff have been very welcoming and incredibly helpful. I honestly haven't felt this well cared for in years.
Wonderful surgery! All the staff are amazing, such a relief after my last surgery. They are really dedicated to making sure your health is their priority. Cannot praise them enough.
This is one of the best surgeries I have ever been with. Their triage system gives you emergency access and they work really hard to help as much as they can. Even during Covid-19 they have given emergency access. The new dispensary staff are also very helpful, as well as polite. I highly recommend this surgery.
Great doctors, some of the best I have ever had as a patient. Unfortunately, the dispensary staff are incredibly rude and obnoxious, and extremely unhelpful. Doctors - 5 star rating Dispensary - 0 star rating
Changed recently to this surgery due to poor experience elsewhere. Excellent, efficient service and friendly staff, and real person appointment system as well as online.
