I bought the Horizon pendant for my daughter as a leaving home for Uni present . Its a beautiful necklace and she absolutely loves it. The service was great and it arrived really quickly. I will definitely buy other items from Silver Origins.
Well I have to say you have made my day. I have just received delivery of the ring I ordered and not only am I delighted with the ring, I am delighted with how it arrived!! Beautifully presented and environmentally friendly and recyclable packaging… perfect It was a wonderful shopping experience and is a great way for me to receive my order! would highly recommend... I cant wait to order something else!
A lovely store with a wide selection of jewelry primarily aimed at females. I found that the products all seemed to be of similar style but provides enough variation for many customers to be satisfied. My family are regulars to this store every year where they purchase at least one ring. The staff are very friendly and the store is kept well maintained and organised.
Very poor customer service! We entered the empty store and there were 2 sales ladies present. They did not greet us at all. Too busy having a personal conversation, 2nd couple arrived after us and same deal. No acknowledgement what so ever. Very disappointed. I do love the jewelry in there so decided to go the the other location in marazion. So much nicer and friendly. We spent around £300 . Shame on the customer service at St Ives Branch. Basic manners are important. Will never shop there again. But at the marazion location great job and will definately be back
I recently visited Marazion and bought some lovely rings, toe ring and earings. Service in the shop was just great and I'm so pleased with my jewellery I actually could of spent a small fortune! Service was perfect and wrapping is gorgeous. On returning home my Mum said she would love one of the rings, as it's her birthday I went on a mission to buy her one. Looking online her size was out of stock so called the number to see if one could be found. I'm delighted to say that the st Ives branch had one. I spoke to Emily at the shop who was very kind and helpful. I just wanted to praise all staff that I've spoken with and shout out what fabulous jewellery the shop has to offer I'll definitely be buying more in the future! Thankyou x
Really beautiful jewellery and excellent customer service. I bought a pair of earrings here and unfortunately they broke when I first used them - I contacted the branch and they posted a replacement pair to my home in London the next day. Thank you so much, would highly recommend!
I bought a beautiful necklace here, the porthmeor pebble, with money that I was given for my birthday, so it was a beautiful keepsake for my birthday, the lady who served me was very helpful, changing the chain for the length that I preferred. Beautiful jewellery in this shop. I am going back to buy a bee pendant , that I loved too. ,
Has the most beautiful earrings handmade off-site and personal to the town. I saw a starfish on the first day of visiting St ives and had no choice but to buy myself some starfish earrings that I fell inlove with! Never really get drawn to jewellery shops but this one was really attention grabbing!
My husband bought me a lovely ring from this store and when it arrived it was so beautifully wrapped, and the ring itself was so beautiful I am thrilled. We now live here in beautiful cornwall so I can visit the store as often as I like! Staff were great too on the online side, lovely product and attention to detail is impeccable!
Very rude snd prejudice service. Visited Oct 2021 amd largish girl says to us in particular we are closing when infact it was 4.45 pm and not 5pm yet another person of a native colour comes in snd she greets them nicely. How is that acceptable!? Due to her low life and low upbringing behaviour I left even though I liked a few pieces. Sort yourselves out guys! The other girl was embarrassed amd said no we are very much open so that was nice
