Blue Wing jewellers is a beautiful store with a very wide range of products. First and foremost, the jewellery that is sold here is immaculate and clearly held to a very high standard. Furthermore, for such great products they ask for a very cheap price with many rings coming in around £40. The jewellery is also something that is very original to this store, many of the designs are items that are just not seen in other stores in St. Ives. Also, the staff in this store are incredibly nice! Shoutout to Kerrie who helped us massively with our ring size and what ones to choose
Was on holiday and popped into this store and found a beautiful seahorse pendant for my necklace. The girl that served me was so lovely and helped me choose the best one, in the end I went for a lovely seahorse with blue detailing. Lovely to have something as a memory of st Ives so thank you :
We bought a small bracelet and tried to swap it for a different coloured one the next day. Unfortunately we lost the original receipt but had proof of payment. The staff member even recognised us, but refused to do exchange as the system wouldn’t allow a swap without the original receipt. Really disappointed with the customer service, especially as we were returning customers. Be careful if you purchase from here that you hold onto the original paper receipt!
What a wonderful experience! A lovely shop with a beautiful and varied selection of mens and ladies jewellery, catering to all tastes and budgets. I was over the moon to discover that pieces from one of my favourite jewellery ranges 'Materia Rica' were available here! But the best thing was the fantastic customer service delivered by Kacey. She made me feel so welcome and was warm, friendly and polite on both occasions I visited. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she had a good knowledge of the 'Materia Rica' range and the other Blue Wing Gallery stores in Cornwall. Thank you, Kacey, for such a great experience!
Such a welcoming experience could honestly say this is the best customer service I’ve received from any jewellery store before. Wide range of products, managed to pick up quite a few things today. Everything’s worth it’s prices that are displayed

What a fantastic place very helpful and friendly staff,nothing to much trouble. My son wanted a chair and a ring for his 18th birthday and with help found exactly what he wanted.i was expecting to pay a lot more than we did fantastic x Thanks again for all your help on our last day
