My second purchase through this company, one online one in store. Their rings are absolutely stunning and fantastic quality. So well made too and unique. Online customer service was also amazing as they sent a replacement quickly and efficiently. Will keep buying with them and couldn't recommend more!
Great boutique jewellery store in the centre of St Ives. Excellent jewellery and customer care. I bought a ring from them, sadly the jewel fell out the next day which I was told is very rare when I contacted the store the next day, a kind lady named Juliet sorted out a replacement ring and had it sent to me within the week, along with the refund of the difference in price. I would highly recommend shopping here, I certainly will do again!
Well I have to say you have made my day. I have just received delivery of the ring I ordered and not only am I delighted with the ring, I am delighted with how it arrived!! Beautifully presented and environmentally friendly and recyclable packaging… perfect It was a wonderful shopping experience and is a great way for me to receive my order! would highly recommend... A lovely store with a wide selection of jewelry primarily aimed at females. I found that the products all seemed to be of similar style but provides enough variation for many customers to be satisfied. My family are regulars to this store every year where they purchase at least one ring. The staff are very friendly and the store is kept well maintained and organised.
Has the most beautiful earrings handmade off-site and personal to the town. I saw a starfish on the first day of visiting St ives and had no choice but to buy myself some starfish earrings that I fell inlove with! Never really get drawn to jewellery shops but this one was really attention grabbing!
I recently visited Marazion and bought some lovely rings, toe ring and earings. Service in the shop was just great and I'm so pleased with my jewellery I actually could of spent a small fortune! Service was perfect and wrapping is gorgeous. On returning home my Mum said she would love one of the rings, as it's her birthday I went on a mission to buy her one. Looking online her size was out of stock so called the number to see if one could be found. I'm delighted to say that the st Ives branch had one. I spoke to Emily at the shop who was very kind and helpful. I just wanted to praise all staff that I've spoken with and shout out what fabulous jewellery the shop has to offer I'll definitely be buying more in the future! Thankyou x
I bought the Horizon pendant for my daughter as a leaving home for Uni present . Its a beautiful necklace and she absolutely loves it. The service was great and it arrived really quickly. I will definitely buy other items from Silver Origins.
Very poor customer service! We entered the empty store and there were 2 sales ladies present. They did not greet us at all. Too busy having a personal conversation, 2nd couple arrived after us and same deal. No acknowledgement what so ever. Very disappointed. I do love the jewelry in there so decided to go the the other location in marazion. So much nicer and friendly. We spent around £300 . Shame on the customer service at St Ives Branch. Basic manners are important. Will never shop there again. But at the marazion location great job and will definately be back
Really beautiful jewellery and excellent customer service. I bought a pair of earrings here and unfortunately they broke when I first used them - I contacted the branch and they posted a replacement pair to my home in London the next day. Thank you so much, would highly recommend!
I bought a beautiful necklace here, the porthmeor pebble, with money that I was given for my birthday, so it was a beautiful keepsake for my birthday, the lady who served me was very helpful, changing the chain for the length that I preferred. Beautiful jewellery in this shop. I am going back to buy a bee pendant , that I loved too. ,
