Amendment to original post When re visiting the store after no contact I was helped out by a wonderful member of staff who sorted out the issue. I was happy with this even though it took so long. I was even more pleased when the owner then took the time to ring me and apologised for the mix up and delay in sorting out my faulty goods. Now happy with customer service as they went out of their way to ensure my issue was listened to, sorted and that I was happy! Thank you

Purchased two pairs of loops £50.00 a piece Faults on each pair Been in today to exchange Response from staff. Pure Quote Nothing we can do about it. Can t repair, you could go  to the co op they may be able to help & repair. We send all our repairs there. Unquote Very disappointed. will never shop at this shop again. So unhelpful. Rude  Better shops around to spend your hard earned cash without being insulted & patronized.

A jewelry store with great quality inventory but I just wish it was bigger with more selections.  I have bought a ring from here in the past but it's a shame it offers such a small collection compared to other jewelry stores in the area.  The staff have always been very lovely here.

This place is not worthy of even one star! £50 for silver earrings which were worn twice before the post broke on one of them. The owners were simply not interested in effecting a resolution and would not recognise that the earrings were faulty. How this shop is still in business astounds me.

Friendly staff. Good selection. Good prices.
