Receptionist refused to get my daughter an appointment to see the GP based on her assessment of the symptoms we explained her over the phone!?. I am shocked to see this surgery are allowing admin personnel to decide who gets to see a doctor. These people have no medical training whatsoever and should stick to their clerical chores. Disgusting behavior, appalling service.

My daughter had to drop some samples off-this morning at the Drs reception area on the second floor & was made to feel very degraded by the receptionist by making her taking her stool samples out of the bag in front of other people in the queue. This lady should not be dealing with members of the public with her unapproachable attitude. I myself am a clinical practitioner & know the difference that a welcoming attitude can have. It’s a pity that my daughter didn’t get her name to report her attitude but she had dark hair

I am appalled at the lack of service from this surgery. Having to use that terrible patch's app to be told by the doctor to go to the walk in centre as they provide the treatment I need. So can I ask what are your doctors there for? Are they actually needed as they clearly aint wanting to do their job which is to care for patients. Do you have to be dead for a doctor to see you? Or have limb falling off or is that not your problem also?

Terrible service, unsure how they can call themselves a GP surgery… Tried to get an appointment, redirected to walk in centre which was a 5-6 hour wait. If only GPs  started doing their job and actually seeing people face to face, A&Es wouldn’t be so busy

Will not be returning here with my baby!nCame today to ask for advise as she seems to keep getting red rashes and marks. These always disappear within 20-30 minutes of her being naked.nnI am assuming this is due to an allergic reaction to clothes or washing powder.nnSo I was asking for a bit of advise as the DRs said it’s just dry skin patches.nnThe nurse came in and told me to be careful because someone might ring social service cause it doesn’t look good. She had a red mark on her leg which I explained it’s from the clothes. I have taken pictures 30 minutes after the app to prove the mark has now gone as I said it would!nnBut I now understand why people fear taking there children anywhere near drs incase of judgement.nShe didn’t offer any help other than saying these marks don’t look good, and to go back to the drs. So I’m going back to the same dr that told me not to worry it’s dry skin!p!nnSo for future apps I’ll be going else where.
