Absolutely brilliant staff, workers doctors and nurses, they have helped me more than they will ever know, if you need help with addiction and housing and find yourself lost in Leeds this is a good place to come for help. From Phil Lever.

This is st Anne's medical center what's based near the resource center it's a center for helping the homeless with medical needs. It's with doctors ,nurses physios everything to help people. I still go even though I'm not homeless anymore and the staff are great
Always a friendly face there to welcome you. And the staff will go out of there way to help and support you. I would recomend to anybody who is in need of help with a vast range of issues. They will more than likely be able to help you, or point you in the right direction. And they do a really nice breakfast at 9:00 am and often a dinner too.
This place does amazing work for the most vulnerable in our society. upport them where you can. They deserve all the support they can get l

All the staff have been very pleasent and very helpful. The only problem is there are too many people going on a regular basis. Which shows how GREAT they are.
Need to provide food to homeless people. Not just breakfast from 8:30am to 10:30am. This is supposed to be a charity. Homeless people left without any food throughout day and staff aren't trained enough to deal with homeless.
An absolute amazing service the people that work there are amazing people it really is a life line when all else fails and without it I don't know where I would be without them
Gave my wet sleeping bag to them to dry. For laundry & they didn't do it? Steve ignored me completely! He won't even help me with the Council. He just runs away from me & ignore my medical condition & my issues with homelessness & Out reach are the same. Completely useless service. Only go there to charge my iPhone. Staff ignore you completely! Completely useless! They don't call you & ignore your homeless! They only assist those with profit. If they can gain something. Then they'll help you. If the Council has given you the wrong band? Not based on medical evidence. Outreach & St Anne's Resource centre won't intervene? They skip around the Leeds City Council. They won't even try & ask for a review of your case? You have to be on drugs & an alcoholic to get advice from these people! Seriously not all homeless people are on drugs & drink. Some of us are homeless due to circumstances out of our control. It could be rent arrears or you lost your job related. They don't offer any support nothing? Truly sad.
