Shamin Khan was excellent today, she paid full attention to my current situation regarding my deposit and offered key advice and support. Very pleased with the quality service!
I have never used citizens bureau before but on this matter they were very helpful. I spoke to a Mrs khan and she was very friendly and helpful and she gave me a lot of confidence and much more. I’m very grateful she had the patience to listen to my problems. Thank you.
I spoke to Shamim Khan at CAB she thoroughly understood what i was asking and went over and beyond to get me the help i needed. Absolutely excellent service and an assett to your organisation.

The place really smells bad but the staff are ver helpful good at what the do
Havent the decency to speak to ya or me anyway. They just tell me to go on google. Ime glad theres a service to point people to google but its not what i needed
