I was drawn to this church despite not being Polish or understanding Polish due to the importance, respect, and honour it accords the sacraments. As an example, people are seen receiving the Eucharist on their knees similar to the oratory as opposed to other English churches in the country. In addition, they have an exposition of the sacrament service after the evening mass, which encouraged me to attend regularly. Sincerely, I have never encountered a church with such dedication and passion to the Lord even within my own community. The environment is ideal for those who wish to pray. The parish priest, his team, and the Polish people deserve praise for their excellent work.
This is the church I was confirmed in and now many years later I went back with my small babies for a what was called the ‘Children’s Mass’ just after Christmas. There was absolutely nothing in it for the children, the priest gave my very small babies the most horrific looks when they made any noise what so ever, and we were also asked to go to the back of the church because kids were being kids. Absolutely horrific. Horrible experience and I won’t ever go back there. I would hate for my kids to dread going to church because the priest makes them feel uncomfortable for breathing!!!!! Appalling.
My childhood church, essential part of my growing up. THE Polish church in West London for my post-war generation. Much better much, much better venue for funerals than Windsor Road Polish church. I love the decor - it is very special.
We are part of the church from 2002 , We got married and christening of our 2 children .Peaceful and very warm church. Priest Marek is one and only.

The national garrison RC church of the Polish community in Britain. Recently celebrated its 60th anniversary. Extensive collection of historic memorials and very impressive stylised stain glass windows. Pleasant cafe downstairs.
Very nice and welcoming Church. They have a free online lifestream, so if you are unable to come to the church, you can always join the mass at the comfort of your own home.
One of the best places to find peace. Father Marek is really for the people some how he will always find the time for you. God bless him.
Church full of character.Popular place of worship for polish community. Unfortunately street parking only.
Not easy for disabled people, lack of parking, high door steps without handrails.
