The beautiful ladies in the shop were so very helpful. I was with my son and his fiancée needing a sari for their wedding in June. I felt completely at ease and respected their opinions for my needs. Especially ‘mum’ ‘bibby’ apologies for incorrect spelling and name! I can definitely recommend SSR textiles East Ham. THANK YOU and SEE YOU AGAIN SOON
It was a very nice experience. My partner and I went to buy outfits for a wedding. Neither of us knew anything about traditional outfits and had no clue where to start. The staff were extremely helpful, took their time to show us lots of sarees, guided us to what the traditional outfit for wedding guests is. They also did all the alterations while we were in the shop. They also helped with my partner’s vestibule and shirt. We are both very happy customers. One stop shop to get everything you need even if you don’t know what you are looking for. Thanks for the help.
I regularly go to this shop to buy traditional outfits. I must say they are fantastic and very helpful. They took so much care and understanding my needs and offer genuine prices. Please keep up the good work and would always recommend you all to my family and friends.

Totally recommend this shop. Everyone was so nice, polite, had loads of patience with me, especially Shahi who helped me to find the perfect outfit for my partner and I, for a special occassion. They have adjusted and tailored it to fit well too. We will come back here, as the shop has so many lovely outfits and a variety of materials as well. Also, the location is great as it is very close to East Ham station and the temple. Thank you so much again.

Such bad customer service by the ladies. Went for an exchange within two days of purchase but was mocked by the staff saying they wont do exchange due to Corona. The receipt never mentioned anything regarding this and I pointed it out to them. They were still with there arguments. Used to be mine and my friends favourite place. Not anymore.

When I went for exchange they said as per councils guidelines it's not allowed to exchange.I went within 15 mins for exchange. Please careful while buying clothes here. They are not honest at all. Big brands also do exchange in this circumstances. This shop guys are lying.
Good collection of sarees. Reasonable pricing and very helpful staff. They have very good offers right now in their summer sale. Thank you for finding my style.
