Bit pricey paid for small plate of Baklava £8.50. Not long ago it was £7. Fantastic and amazing service. The man was so friendly and attentive I will definitely come back here for this a service. Treats customers with real respect
We went to a shop from Gravesend for mix sweets today. Great customer service by Ansar. He was very helpful and understood our needs. Definitely we will go again.
I live lin Sussex I asked my work colleague He is south Indian to get me Gajar Ka Halwa and Khoya GBP5 each I did text him what I need I showed him the picture today what he brought for me.......I can't tell you the Mithai which no no one pick from the box Barfi,Pairafunny even these sweets you will only eat if you have eaten chilli to cover up. My colleague told me there was only one guy today 30/01/2017 around 1300 hours who was also south Indian guy on his own who doesn't know anything about MIthai there was not a single Pakistani guy whom he could speak. I was so disappointed once I open the boxes. You paying cheap labour staff who do not have a single clue about the products selling to trying to selling which goes really slow. Please look after your customers every ones time and money is important. Thank you
3* only for the friendly & helpful staff in East Ham. We use to love the sweets here, but unfortunately the now are the quality is not the same as before, although the prices are increased... Disappointed...hope they will improve...
Traditional Indian/ Pakistani sweet shop I high at manor park. Very old shop with good reputation. Fresh sweets, Cakes & other bakery products available at reasonable prices. Some time Special offers also available. Bad point is no parking at site or around so difficult to park car but good transport link.
We've been buying cakes from here for many years but was shocked to see the MASSIVE increase in prices for their cakes. I could understand a slight gradual increase but this is just ludacris. I guess it's no more Nirala cakes for us and everyone that we have recommended.
wonderful fresh mittai sweets. Staff very helpful. Love Gulab jamun and Gajrela the best.
This has been the go to place for buying Indian sweets in East Ham. The shop is nice and clean, well laid out, and the sweets and savouries are presented pleasingly. They sell the sweets by weight, and the price is fair. Quality is second to none in the area. You can't go wrong with this shop. Recommended.
Worst, I bought 2 boxed sweets and both were rotten. So please don't buy the boxes ones you see when you enter the shop.
The best Indian sweets BUT.. In this shop the customer service is really bad. The guy behind the counter had no patience for customers and definitely He needs some training in how to serve people, how to talk to them. And if u get ur change make sure u count it on the spot as he gave us £10 less and when we told him it's less money ,He was so rude , he throw the money and he was so confused that he gave back more what he supposed to. Then we just told him it's too much and he didn't even say thanks or sorry for his horrible behaviour.Go rather to IDEAL sweet shop which is only 2-3 shops away from them. There the workers are really nice and friendly and sweets are good also.
