Some staff are friendly. Got double charged for an item. Expensive ordered a blazer for my daughters school three weeks prior was told I couldn't get it there and then as it needed to be ordered it did not come until a month later when contacting the store was told to call back after six knowing the shop is shut I was rushed off the phone when expressing my concerns that the item hadn't arrived.

Quality is not too good as high price, staff are not friendly at all. Always out of stock .

Very expensive indeed for plasher sch uniform ..pe kit and normal uniform around £120...ridiculous
