Went to three store Eastham. The female staff there kept coughing into her hand I politely said could she sanertizer her hand she got upset. the staff need to understand its not about covid as much it's about gems germs which I didn't want to get from her on my phone that I was purchasing. Then I was served by a assistant manager who done the same thing coughed into he's hand hope three educate there staff a little more.
This store has good staff. Advisor named : santosh his assistance was soo well. Good knowledge on services what they offer and recommendations given by him was great. Thanks.
My god The guy called SHANOSH has to get trained properly I been the shop twice this store from Becontree for a replacement sim but both of the card provided me was wrong and not updated from the store! I called customer care and they said I been given wrong replacement SIM both of the time by the store guy! I remember very well his name SHANTOSH three refund me £5 but all these time and travel wasted for inaccuracy Frustrated and disappointed from the store service Don’t know how to complain SHANTOSH You shouldn’t do that man I’ve attached the picture of wrong sim
I have been a three customer for many years now. Last year I had a bad experience at this store, I felt discriminated against and it is not right.I will never go back here. I advise to use the three phone customer service instead of this store anyday. I would give this store 0 stars if I could.
I am a three customer since 10 years I have bee going to three store East ham since 3 years but last time when I went as I lost my phone to three store in Eastham couple of months before I met a guy called shabarish he was a very good I had very nice experience with him .and then I went to store to see him again as a advice for my new phone I was looking for him but unfortunately his colleague said shabarish is in parent leave he will be off for a month today I got a time to see him in store he is always smiling greeted with same energy as usual address me as a known person I went to store only to see him today and came back with a new phone I love the way he addresses us in shop I really really appreciate you ,I am so happy because of customer service you guys provide ,every time I come to shop to see you You guys r so good I cannot explain how happy I am with you and service Thanks again and again for giving amazing experience
Shabarish The assistant manager Was really nice and it was good to have chat with him and his work was also quick and it explains well. That was good experience will working with him.
I had a issue with whatsapp i went in store to fix issues but the guy sharbaressh was amazing listens to me ckearly and solved my problem and have gave a deal of phone and tablet happily i took it Soft spoken He was busy but didnt get of me while others are reaching for suggestion for sharbarrssh but he kept his calm and helped me
Santosh, this guy is a genius. He knows exactly wat the customer needs. Cheers to this mate.. He helped ma aloot throughout the service. I had a loot of doubts which he didnt hesitate to clear out. Patient guy.. Cheers
Recently, i came to here for switching my sim. That was really a good service, the staffs were so friendly, and they explained very well and cleared my queries as well.
The store is excellent and the agent santosh helped me a lot. He is very kind and helpful
