Nice store located in a convenient situation on the busy high Street of East Ham. I've always found the staff to be helpful and polite. They have a good cross range of products available and don't forget to lookout for special offers that can be better then other large stores. Its always handy to go online and reserve products to collect in store if you are pushed for time. DIY range is limited but handy. Cashback and cashpoint located in store as well.

The price for the products are good but some staff are rude and some are really helpful. I Had a bad experience today by a member of staff, I went to collect my order and they did not have the paper work in the file which said the name on it and the lady at the help desk goes why doesn't these people collect their orders on time. not happy with the customer service done given to me today.

Some of the staff are nice, some of them are not... I like to buy kitchen and toilet stuff,they are not so expensive and they have a good quality.

Very helpful staff with a variety of afordable and useful household products. From cleaning, cookware, bedding and garden equipment. They cater for the cheap and cheerful to the complicated customer who wants that little bit more.
Unlike other hardwate stores in tge area, they also gave have a no quibbles returns policy. This can be quite handy when 6ou are nit quite sure what part us required to fix that leaky tap.
