Once again I spent more here than I intended to. Great helpful staff who don't pressurise you into buying. Good range of new and secondhand gear at competitive prices. Why go anywhere else? Never been to the shop but as an on-line retailer, simply excellent. Helpful knowledgable people and simple answers to queries. Dealt with various problems none of their making very well both on the phone and by email. I always felt they were on the case and the best solution was being found. Also offer a customer loyalty scheme which actually works, offering real savings without having to jump through hoops. A pleasure to deal with and my first port of call for photographic kit. Strongly recommended.
I have been dealing with SRS for a number of years and cannot think of a better place for my camera needs. First class professional service throughout. Well worth the visit.
Excellent camera equipment shop, has been around for ages. Very good service plus workshops. I went to one with Olympus, pics taken at it.
I've been shopping here for some years. Why - simply because the customer service is absolutely amazing. They always have great stock levels and are always available to help when needed.
Ordered Sunday, shipped Monday, arrived Tuesday. Very competitive price, free shipping. Excellent service, I will definitely use again and thoroughly recommend SRS Microsystems based on my experience with them. They don't have 100% positive reviews without a reason!
