Once again I spent more here than I intended to. Great helpful staff who don't pressurise you into buying. Good range of new and secondhand gear at competitive prices. Why go anywhere else? Never been to the shop but as an on-line retailer, simply excellent. Helpful knowledgable people and simple answers to queries. Dealt with various problems none of their making very well both on the phone and by email. I always felt they were on the case and the best solution was being found. Also offer a customer loyalty scheme which actually works, offering real savings without having to jump through hoops. A pleasure to deal with and my first port of call for photographic kit. Strongly recommended.
