The staff have been very helpful, especially the shop manager. They have been able to find a over a year old receipt for me on their system and they were very approachable and supportive. In all of the visits to this shop, the staff went above and beyond to what a customer can expect and always very helpful. Thank you and Merry Christmas

Choose Solutions inc NOT Apple retail stores! I cannot thank the staff at Solutions inc enough (especially Daniel with my issue) My MacBook Pro decided to break down and they were so helpful analysing it with the technical department, unfortunately it was unrecoverable apart from the SSD but they helped me though purchasing a New laptop, backing up all my files and transferring everything across, including programs and licensing in a day from walking in he store. I could not have done this with apple, they had a 3day waiting time just to speak to a staff member and I would have put me out of work for a week. I highly recommend anyone to purchase their products with Solutions inc, great service that’s makes a difference! Thanks, Henry

Absolute amateurs, brought a product, was faulty so took it back within a month for a replacement or refund, no customer service, arrogant and rude beyond belief. Beware arguably the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced, should be taken off the high street!! Do Not make the mistake of shopping here!

Beware Solutions inc is no were near to Apple's customer service and customer friendly policies. Before buying it they claim both Apple and they are same, also they will say extra 1 year warranty but they are not same as Apple. Solutions inc return policy is completely different from Apple return policies. If you buy it directly from Apple and purchased recently and new version is introduced then you can return or exchange to the latest one even you opened it. But solutions inc is not accepting it because of their return policy.

Not a patch on a genuine Apple Store. Not so much rude as simply disinterested.
