All the staff in this store really know their 'stuff' and really want to help customers (very rare these days) but as a mum that is a consolephobe ... they have helped and advised me on what to get and also helped my son! Highly recommend! Thank you

You pay more than anywhere else.. you get games cheaper New if you buy anywhere else. I hate going in this store. Once had someone tell me a secondhand game was new. Terrible. They act like it’s a fast food restaurant.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I tried to return a faulty controller which had an issue with the headset jack and using my headset online to talk to people. When they couldn’t find the same fault despite not even testing the headset out to talk through they refused me a refund. I have been a very regular customer of game, buying all my new consoles there over the years but I will never be shopping there again!!
