Richer Sounds, Watford

Very friendly and helpful staff, well documented and willing to help with demos, try on, explanations and expertise. I spoke with Ben, who didn't push for a sale. He made sure I was happy and understood the details I looked to find. Definitely will go back in the store to buy products from them as I can use their for my purpose.

First time that I've used any Richer Sounds for several years. Very able n helpful even tho I was only buying 30m of speaker cables. They recommended a suitable cheaper option rather than pushing me up the price list. And then knocked a few quid off without me asking. I'll definitely be returning n purchasing more items.

Helpful staff who gave sound unbiased advice competitive prices demo rooms before you buy nothing is to much trouble.

I rang to enquire about a demo for the Sonos system retailing around £1700.I asked if I could come in Friday after 12.00. I was told by a female shop assistant that this would be fine. She said "See you then" I arrived with my wife just before 1.00pm. We were confronted with a hostile reception from the female assistant. We were told in no uncertain terms, that we had not booked and that being close to 1.00 was NOT just after twelve!!!! the two young male technicians who were obviously embarrassed by her attitude tried their very best to put together a very quick demo. A few minutes in, the female assistant came into the demo room, put on the light and we were asked to leave. we felt very intimidated and unwelcome by this woman. we had every intention of buying this system today, but because of her insensitive attitude we have gone elsewhere Thankyou for making us feel so welcome. Maybe you should be looking into re training as your customer skills rate zero.....

Visited store today and was greeted by Heather with a massive smile and instantly made me fill welcome and important. She then called her manager loyed over to help deal with a warenty claim and have to say he was equally as plesent as heather both very knowledgeable and intelagent about there store with exceptional customer service skills clearly really value there customers and will definitely be returning next time I need a t.v, stereo ect.. thanks guys jason
