I've been using Spratley's for a good number of years and have always found them to be very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and offering great value. My recent visit exemplified all of these values and more, showing them to be honest and trustworthy as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Spratley's to anyone.

Having been in the motor trade for 10 years in charge of the the Service department. This is How Customer Service should be run. Fast competitive and Nothing is to much trouble. Well Done Paul and your staff. Five Stars is not Enough for this company.

Amazing service and speed. I visited between Christmas and new year and nothing was too much trouble. Had a clutch and flywheel changed within 48 hours. Highly recommended.

I'm usually very cynical when it comes to garages. However I've used this garage a couple of times now and I must say I'm very impressed. They aren't expensive and have great customer services and do what they can to help.

Booked MOT and service online. The next day I take it in, receive a courtesy car and collect the next day. Reasonably priced as well.
