* Edit *. Firstly I apologise to Thames Valley Accident Repair Centre for my original negative post, for making any insinuations that were not true. They were merely my opinion and one that was wholely incorrect. My car is currently sat there awaiting an insurance issue but I was supposed to meet an independent assesor there but when I arrived early, they're both stood by my car talking. Then they keep telling me your car had no oil, when I explained we had a mot done in December and there had to be sufficient oil to complete a MOT test. The assessor couldn't answer my questions despite repeated attempts and just kept repeating the same thing. The car was partially jacked up and the assessor used his phone torch to attempt to show me something. It was an absolute joke. I don't feel that the process has been impartial. I retract my original review as I was extremely annoyed at the time. It seems that if you have questions that cannot be answered then your view is irrelevant. We have a car sat at a garage whilst we are trying to ferry around kids in a small Kia. Yes there was no oil I get that, what I want to know is why did I not get an oil light warning and why immediately after my accident did the oil light come on and the engine cut out? I only wanted answers to these questions. However my poorly written original review was born out of frustration and anger and was more directed to the independent assessor rather than Thames Valley themselves. I feel daft for posting such a ridiculous review and once again I sincerely apologise to all the staff for any offence caused but especially Pam who has been nothing short of curtious the whole way through.

Avoid like the plague. Take forever to repair, lack of communication. Very poor customer service. Excuses upon excuses. Terrible twribble terrible - I work for GM so note this guys - if you ever read this that is - I will do my utmost to get this message across to anyone and everyone I come across Edit, post your response. Ha. Firstly I phoned constantly for updates, to be initially told will be ready once pillar fixed, then once that was done the airbags that were ordered were incorrect. This was through my insurance, who have all my contact details - did you not think to contact them? Plenty of reviews about your poor service online. Not alone, I think. Every time you get a bad review I have noticed the stand-off, excuse laden, drivelled responses. Concentrate more on customer service rather than alienating customers and you may not receive such poor reviews in the future.

I contacted this garage for an estimation. I had to call them 4 times and every single time they promised I will get the estimation in really short time . Of course didn't happened. If for only an estimation takes more than 2 weeks the question is : how long will take to repair it...??? Even now I still wait ......I consider even 1 star is to much...
