This is a really decent organisation - the staff seem knowledgeable and helpful. They provide a range of services at reasonable prices. I have now used of four separate occasions and will do so again. Booking is simple via web site.

Great service and very patient in explaining issues with the car. Very happy with the service received for my MOT. Note that parking around there is a bit limited.

Fantastic service in diagnosing fault near to closing time on a Sunday afternoon even though the staff were busy with other jobs. Understandably a repair could not be effected on the spot due to the fact an uncommon part had to be ordered but the staff were very helpful in providing advice and necessary information. Star only deducted due to poor appearance of the building (hardly their fault) although based on this experience it would be fair to say one shouldn't be put off by this.

1 hour is a long time for brakes inspection with leaving the car ( instead of we don’t want to do business) .... My suggestion to manager is to give appointment with maximum of 15 to 20 minutes for free inspection with out waiting all day for only brake inspection 1/5/2018 14:35 not seeing a real workers 👎🏻 Halfords is one of my best centers however, Servise isn’t that .....
