Staff were very rude, only had  £3 bags which are totally over priced,  refused to let me use the in store bag to take the items to the car and didn't seem at all interested in passing on feedback to senior management to  make sure other customers have a better experience.   I literally needed to walk  50 steps with some stuff and return the bag,  instead they treat everyone like they are thieves and might steel a filthy mesh bag. Sadly there aren't any other sports shops about any more so they continue with their don't care attitude

Bad Experience from people who were in trainer shoe department, I was asked for a help to choose the right size for my kid and they were very busy, but that was ok, I was looking myself and just had a confusion to go for size 10 or size 11 so I took both shoe box for confirming the right size, but suddenly one of the staff came up to me spoked like I had messed up there,I just opened only two boxes and that too I kept it back where it was. I had purchased shoes from different shops but I didn't had such a bad experience from any of the shops in uk

I bought a Nike track suit for my son less than a month ago it is very bad quality tried to take it back to get refund or change it they didn’t respected me as a customer telling me that it has been washed badly , I could’ve bought at 3 pairs in different store but the only reason I bought it here it had Nike brand and thought it’s good quality I’m a woman with limited language twice I’ve been there ,they just simply ignored me .

Walked in. Looked around. Shop was quite busy. Shoes sportswear ,it  has a up stairs. It's clean. It's tidy. It's easy to walk round. Quite expensive nice to see an English flag flying and a British flag top marks, sports direct, I wanted some new trainers, I walked around looking at the trainers, children's adults, boys and girls trainers. All in one area will sit out but I didn't get any and I didn't have any I liked but overall I could have shop and experience

Waited for 20 minutes to be served, along with about 15 others on Saturday 4th October. No staff around. Gave up and left the shop. Went elsewhere. Won't be shopping there again. Absolutely no customer service.
