Took my new watch in to have the bracelet adjusted. Went back to collect the watch and it had scratches all over the bracelet. They denied all knowledge of its condition. Now I have a new watch that looks like its been kicked across a floor! Terrible customer service and judging by the workspace I can see how the scratches can come about!
