Awful place! The Manageress was rude telling me that I had trimmed too much off my orthotics! The hospital had done this! The assistant was ok until I took the shoes back this morninng. She stood for ages trying to find a fault with them and then grudgingly gave me a refund. She never uttered another word even when I politely said thank you. The shop also smelt of cigarette smoke. Awful place, never again! I went to Hotter and the assistant couldn't have been more helpful. Shuropody staff could do with some lessons in manners and customer service!

Complete waste of money. Could of done a better job myself. Have corn, which chiropodist hardly touched telling me there was no point going to deep in to get it out. Her best advice was to cut a hole into my insole. I then mentioned I may have a ingrown toenail, to which I got another confusing excuse as to why she couldn't look at it. So all in all I spent £35 to have cream rubbed into my feet. Very disappointed at the professional level of service.

Absolutely disgusted at the service here. First time here and I certainly won't be returning! After suffering from weeks with plantar fasciitis I was looking forward to a treatment and massage which is stated in the details of the half hour appointment in which I had to pay £35.95. The appointment I felt like I could have done myself. I got removal of nail polish, cut toe nails, slight hard skin removal and the massage was a joke! (Rub of cream at the end - was the words the manager expressed). For that price I was expecting a relaxing and calm treatment and was under the impression I was receiving a massage. I am very disappointed at this and the managers rude response at dealing with this. The manager is unprofessional and belittled me into thinking I had to pay because I was told. However I am sorry for thinking a massage is more than a application of cream on my feet! I could of done this at home! Lovely girl who attended to me but poor quality treatment and customer service especially the rude manager.

Very disappointed in how I was treated by the manager. I was recommended to visit the store by my friend whose daughter had flat feet and was charged only for the insoles. After I had my appointment I was charged for both the appointment and insoles and was confused. When got home, called my friend again and she confirmed that she never paid for the appointment. So I called the store and had to deal with a very rude manager who treated me like a second class person. When I challenged her, she said that my friend was owing the money to her.She seemed not to appreciate that I was the customer. I will certainly not be returning.

I used to work here a few years ago and enjoyed every minuite, I was assistant manager and all the staff were friendly and very proffessional, if you come here you will be pampered and looked after, they still use the old fashioned foot stalls and fit the shoes for you too.
