They send incomplete orders and give no notification. When asking why you're met with unhelpful replies from someone who's clearly not interested in customer service. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. You know this review is genuine and for you Martin, don't be silly
Wrong and misleading information on the website. Asked for delivery update added extra 2 weeks ontop of already 18 weeks. More than anyone else. Was rude and cancelled order without asking my permission to do so. Because I happened to be honest and said they were misleading DONT USE THEM
I have purchased two preloved sets of bowls from bowlsworld. Both have been as described and were delivered next day. I highly recommend Martin and the team at bowlsworld.
Excellent, friendly and professional service I don’t know why the previous reviewer had a problem….I was ordering on line and had several novice questions, but Martin responded very quickly and was very helpful. I was very happy as I’m a new bowler and was keen to get my own bowls.
Poor service - I am actively trying to buy a new set of bowls and I was keen to use this site due to the more professional looking website compared with other bowls retailers, their returna policy in case I don’t like the colour in the flesh and the fact they have stock of the bowl I want. However that’s as good as it gets, I had a simple question about the bowl i.e. what does the emblem look like, quite an important detail, when you phone you get a message telling you their opening hours but the message also says they will be unable to answer the phone during they hours as they will be busy in the shop - so what’s the point in having a phone? So I tried to email, asking for a photo of the bowl on 3 occasions, I got 2 replies neither with a photo nor any mention of my request and the last email has just been ignored! Very disappointed as I know they have the bowl in stock in the colour I want, I now find it unlikely that they will be able to turn my confidence around so feel the need to leave this review to warn others. I guess if you want to just order a bowl blind in their website then it may be more seemless, unless you need to get in touch with them after.
Always helpful great choice of stock if they haven’t got what you want they will order for you but have many other stock great for exchanges and personal and friendly help visit the shop to see a great choice of all bowls equipment you will be surprised. .
Excellent service, Martin is a lovely man, knowledgeable and helpful. Would buy again without hesitation.
Only large lawn bowls specialist supplier in this part of Suffolk and has a varied array of equipment for bowlers.Has a small car park.Chech there website for opening hours and has on line system.
1st class service from start to finish.I wanted a certain type of bowls so emailed the shop late on the Friday night to see if they had them and got up on the Saturday to an email to say they had a set in stock.Martin put them away for me till I could get home from work and get them paid,I received my bowls yesterday after only buying them on Saturday and with everything going on just now I couldn’t believe it,so thanks again bowlsworld Cheers.....Kevin
You wont find a better service anywhere Ive dealt with Martin @Mandy several years and purchased numerous bowls from them .Nothing is too much trouble for them EXCELLENT ALL ROUND Thankyou Don
