Absolutely brilliant service. I needed a key for a filing cabinet and only had the number from the lock. They were super helpful and now I can lock my filing cabinet. They also changed a watch battery at the same time. really quick. Thank you.

I took a very well worn (understatement) pair of boots to King's for new heels and soles. I was not sure if they were savable but I was stunned and amazed at what a brilliant job King's did. I would highly recommend them. Their stand of work is brilliant and their customer service is great too. Thank you for saving my favourite boots.

Had some groomsman gifts engraved here and was very happy with the service and options available. The quality of the engraving was amazing and would recommend going here to anyone.

Excellent service, fast and friendly. A wide range of keys, happy to order in if not in stock. Quick shoe re-heeling too at a reasonable price.

There aren't many of this type of shop left outside of the town center in Ipswich anymore so this is a great way to save on the horrendous town center parking fees. They not only cut household keys and repair your shoes but also do a huge range of trophy's, engraving, shoe care, and can even do modern transponder car keys, including Ford! To top it all off the staff in here are very helpful and polite, always willing to try help you out even if its not something they usually do.
