I visited the Workington store to collect an online order and I was very happy with the service I received from the young man  (James ) who was most helpful.  I went back to the tills to pay for other purchases and was also happy with the service I received from another staff member.

Uninterested staff. I was fed up of picking clothse up off the floor on my way around the shop & the shoe department was no better. Shoes & boots all over the floor.

It is what is. It's a colossal jumble sale of uncoordinated branded gear. You'll either not find what you want at all or get an absolute bargain. Staffing generally good but too variable.
