Workington O2 store has to be the worse phone store in the UK the shop assistants are badly trained they don't know what they are selling if you are not purchasing a new phone they don't care, I'm sure if you placed them in a London O2 store they wouldn't last a week.!!! Why does customer service standards drop in Cumbria?  Why does the network coverage also drop in west Cumbria? Some places you have to use TU just to make a call. Very poor service and network coverage. I would not recommend anyone in Cumbria to choose O2.
Even the review page is rigged I had to give one star just to post this review. :-(

Poor deals sales assistants just don't seem to care.Girls that work there act like cinderella at the ball as when a customer walks in they run off.Customers need to understand there also the most expensive place to go for an upgrade.Bought mine and family's from carphone and alot cheaper.
