I came into the store last week with my wife because our grandson required a spring bar put back in his watch. The woman who helped us was called Courtney and she was friendly and helpful and sorted what we needed quickly and easily. Would definitely come back and see her again.

It's the nicest gift shop. I was undecided, but with Alex's advice I was able to choose very quickly the perfect gift for my wife. Thanks for the help and advice, Alex, you have been absolutely amazing!
