Had to return a postage order. Assistants couldn't have been more helpful. Great service .

Called at the Workington store and waited to be served and waited and waited.  The service was terrible and the shop assistants indifferent and they could not care less that I decided not to wait any longer and left the item I was about to purchase on the counter.  I will not be shopping there again.
