Really poor, disinterested customer service.  I qualify for military discount but the manager wouldn’t give it as the item I was buying was for my daughter and not myself. How petty.  Rather than argue the toss I left the item and walked away.

Lots of things to buy, some staff can be helpful and it isn’t usually too busy. Would recommend

Some staff are helpful (Naeve, I think) but the Manager in patronising and only offered to help after I gave him a dressing down in front of his staff for his rude and unhelpful manner.  They do have some good gear and prices which is the only reason I go back as I always leave in a foul mood.

lots of choice at good prices. shoes, clothes, equipment.  staff can be a bit off sometimes.

Great selection of sports and outdoor clothing and equipment.  Came here to buy some outdoor/winter shoes and found what we needed with the assistance of the plentiful friendly staff.  Great prices, good value.
